Dry pet food contains oils, proteins, flavors, and functional ingredients that require stable protection throughout storage, transport, and retail display. We use 3 or 4 layers of laminated material to help reduce the risk of moisture seepage, oxygen exposure, flavor loss, and oxidation in dry food, freeze-dried food, and pet treats.

For high-fat premium kibbles, freeze-dried treats, or organic pet food, we highly recommend a three-layer laminated structure to ensure maximum freshness.
The industry gold standard is PET / AL / PE (utilizing pure aluminum foil) or PET / NY / PE (incorporating Nylon for superior puncture resistance). The aluminum layer provides an absolute barrier against oxygen and UV light ($OTR \approx 0$), while the customized inner PE liner is specifically formulated to be grease-resistant, preventing fat migration and leakage throughout a 12-to-24-month shelf life.
Rotogravure Printing : The MOQ is typically 5,000 to 10,000 pieces per design, depending on the bag's dimensions (e.g., flat bottom 15 lbs bags have lower MOQs than small 100g treat pouches). This method offers the lowest per-unit cost and premium 10-color graphic fidelity for mass production.
Digital Printing: For startups or seasonal SKU testing, we offer digital solutions with MOQs starting at just 1,000 pieces, completely eliminating cylinder plate fees and allowing for rapid market entry.
We eliminate printing errors through a rigorous three-step proofing workflow. We use high-speed electronically controlled rotogravure printing machines, and the color matching is strictly executed through the Pantone color matching system to ensure accurate color. We provide digital PDF proofs for layout and mold line verification before engraving the cylinder. For bulk orders, we can also provide actual pre-production samples for actual filling and color approval.
Our standard production lead time is 15 to 20 business days from the date of artwork approval and cylinder deposit.
