Q1. Do you support aseptic Bag-in-Box systems?

Yes. Our Bag-in-Box solutions can be designed to support aseptic filling processes, based on product sensitivity and hygiene requirements.

Q2: Do you supply the outer cardboard box as well?

A: Our core expertise is in manufacturing the high-barrier flexible inner bag. However, for bulk orders, we can partner with our trusted carton suppliers to provide you with a complete solution (Bag + Box), or simply provide the exact box dimensions/die-lines for you to source locally.

Q3: Are your bags suitable for Hot Filling?

A: Yes. We offer specific material structures (e.g., NY/PE or specialized co-ex films) designed for hot filling up to 100°C (212°F). Please specify your filling temperature when inquiring so we can recommend the right film.

Q4: Are your bags compatible with my filling machine?

A: Our bags are compatible with most major semi-automatic and fully automatic filling machines globally (such as Scholle IPN, Smurfit Kappa, Rapak, etc.). We offer standard fitments and can provide samples for you to test on your line before mass production.

Q5: Do you hold valid certification for your recyclable packaging materials?

A: Yes, we are fully certified. We hold the Global Recycled Standard 4.0 (GRS) certificate issued by Intertek. Our certification covers Packaging (Packing sacks, bags) made from 100% Recycled Post-Consumer Polyethylene (PCR) as well as PCR/Virgin blends. * Verification: Our certificate is valid until July 23, 2026.
